A firm, early season red apple that is a great combination of sweet and tart. A good eating apple and can be stored up to a month if refrigerated.
(Red Free) This is an early ripening, crisp, sweet-tart, red-green apple that is a mixture of Jonathan, Melba, and Raritan. Developed by Purdue, Rutgers, and Illinois Co Op.They can be stored for 2-3 weeks.
An early season, crisp, juicy, and sweet apple that has been described to have a brown sugar undertone. This is another good all-around apple for eating, sauce, baking, and juice. It also has a long 2-3 month storage life.
This apple was first bred at the Department of Horticulture at the Illinois Experiment Station in Urbana, Illinois. This is a juicy, crisp, fragrant apple that is good for pies and sauce. Can only be stored for a few weeks.
A crisp, juicy, yellow apple with a sweet/sharp flavor. This is another great all-around apple. Wonderful for salads and garnishes because it does not discolor when cut. Can be stored for 1-2 months.

This is a tart, firm, tangy, red apple that has a spicy wine flavor. (Not as firm as its Winesap parent.) They are mostly used in cooking, cider and juice. Can be stored 2-3 months.
