​✓ Store credit in the form of a gift card

✓ Equivalent product exchange (same price or less)

✓ Full refund - applies only to jarred food or non-food items found to be broken, defective, or incomplete

WHAT WE'LL NEED  ———

​✓ Original receipt

✓ The item being returned

✓ Valid picture ID

✓ Refunds are issued in the same payment method as the original purchase

✓ No refunds on sale or clearance items

Can't make it back in person? ———

Call us at (217) 359-5565 ext. 0 and we'll work something out. Overcharge refunds require a valid receipt and must be claimed within 60 days of purchase. All overcharges are refunded in the original payment method.
